1. Changes to pricing and conditions
This will not happen at any point after a booking has been accepted and confirmation issued.

2. Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your holiday after a booking has been made, you must advise cyprusfun.co.uk  immediately. The date that you effect your cancellation is the date that cyprusfun.co.uk receives notification of cancellation. The following terms will apply:

Your deposit of 35% is non-refundable.
Your balance is due twelve weeks prior to departure and is also non-refundable.

3. Booking Amendments
If you need to amend your holiday after booking this can be done free of charge providing dates are available.  If not please refer to cancellations, point 2 above.

4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200 is payable 12 weeks before departure. If there are damages to the apartment the cost of repair will be taken from this £200 and any excess will be chargeable. If no such damages occur the deposit is refundable after departure.

5. Arriving and Departing
Apartments will be available at 3pm on day of arrival. You must depart by 11am on day of departure. There are changing rooms available around the pool should this be necessary.  Please speak to us if these times are not ideal and every effort will be made to make adjustments as far as possible given previous departures, arrivals and cleaning requirements.

6. Call Outs
If a call out is made for emergency assistance with regard to the property, costs for this will be passed onto you   should this be unnecessary or not the fault of the apartment owner.

7. Airport Transfers arranged directly with cyprusfun.co.uk
a. The cyprusfun.co.uk representative reserves the right to refuse to transport anyone who is deemed to be under the influence of intoxicating substances and/or whose behaviour is deemed to pose a threat to other passengers, the driver and the vehicle.
b. Passengers are not allowed by law to take any alcoholic drinks into a vehicle with the purpose of consuming it whilst in the vehicle.
c. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
d. Flights will be monitored so that a flight departing late will be met by the designated driver.
e. The driver will remain in attendance at the designated airport until such time as the flight number has been removed from the arrivals screen. If no contact has been established at this time the driver will depart. It will be left to the drivers discretion on how long he will wait for a late arrival as he may have a follow on  work load.
f. No refund can be given in the event that the client misses their flight.

If the passenger arrives and finds that the Cyprusfun's representative is not present contact telephone numbers provided at point of booking.

8. Towels and Linen
One hand towel and one bath towels will be made available per person per week. Sheets and throw are on the beds. Additional pillows and blankets are available upon request. If a mid week change of linen and towels is required this can be facilitated at an extra charge. There is however a washing machine available within the apartment.

9. Insurance
You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for your personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by cyrusfun.co.uk  insurance. Cyprusfun cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal or rented equipment or personal injury.

10. Cleaning
You are expected to leave the property clean. If the apartment needs more than an average clean after you leave then this cost will be deducted from your security deposit.

11. Tourist Tax
The daily Tourist Tax is included in the cost of your stay unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy
Cyprusfun.co.uk  guarantees that personal information will be treated confidentially and  will never be provided to any third party. It is important to point out however that the site is not secure and neither are any associated e-mails.

13. Force Majeure
Cyprusfun cannot accept liability from unforeseen events e.g.: War/threat of war, act of terrorism, civil strikes, fire, adverse weather conditions etc.
