The above price includes the cost of the accommodation and is not a per person charge. It also includes bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and a mid stay linen change if you stay two weeks or longer. If you require cleaning or extra linen changes this can be arranged at an extra charge..
A 30% deposit is required at booking stage to reserve your dates. A £200 security deposit is required to secure against damage to the property. This will be returned in the event of no issues. The remainder of the costs are payable twelve weeks before departure. Fees paid are non refundable.
